滾筒篩適用范圍：

      滾筒篩是物料篩選設備。滾筒篩顧名思義：滾動似圓筒的篩分設備，也叫圓筒篩，無軸滾筒篩，圓形回轉篩。其原理是電機通過減速機驅動滾筒支架軸進行轉動，滾筒圓周覆蓋不同孔徑的篩網，滾筒成水平傾斜不知，物料由高端流向低端，達到邊流動且邊篩分的效果，即為滾筒篩分設備。廣泛用于電力、礦山、冶金、建材，化工等行業的原煤、碎石等物料的篩分和分級。滾筒篩具有運行平穩、噪音小、密封好、使用性能可靠、不易堵篩、壽命長、維修工作量小且檢修方便等優點。

滾筒篩工作原理：

       滾筒篩主要有電機、減速機、滾筒裝置、機架、密封蓋、進出料口組成。滾筒裝置傾斜安裝于機架上。電動機經 減速機與滾筒裝置通過聯軸器連接在一起，驅動滾筒裝置繞其軸線轉動。當物料進入滾筒裝置后，由于滾筒裝置的傾斜與轉動，使篩面上的物料翻轉與滾動,使合格物料（篩下產品）經篩孔排出，不合格物料（篩上物料）經滾筒末端排出。
