金屬破碎機特點  Characteristics

該機廣泛用于各種廢舊金屬物的破碎，包括易拉罐、油漆桶、自行車、柴油桶、摩托車、洗衣機、汽車外殼、冰箱外殼、配電柜、鋼板下角料（有些物料需剪切后破碎）等。該機維修方便、結構簡單、生產能力大、在破碎中可將廢舊金屬表面的鐵銹、油漆等表面污物分離、再在磁力分選裝置作用下將廢舊金屬中混雜的有色金屬、塑料和橡膠等非金屬廢物單獨歸堆。金屬破碎機粉碎出的物料非常容易攜帶運送，方便投料煉鋼，縮短熔煉時間，大大提高了鋼鐵熔煉的效率。

Metal crusher is widely used for crushing of all kinds of scrap metals, which including zip-top cans, paint buckets, bicycles, diesel oil barrels, motorcycles, washing machines, shells of cars and refrigerators, electric closets, steel plate offal,(the underline parts should be cut firstly, then crushed),etc. It is easy maintenance, simple structure, and powerful capacity. In the processing of crushing, the rusts, paints and other waste materials which adhering the surface of the scrap metals were separated, then under the working force of magnetic sorting devices, the non-metallic wastes, (such as:non-ferrous metal, plastic and rubber, etc.) ,that mixed in the scrap metals, were sorted out.
